With its extensive history and relaxed elegance, we welcome you to our secret corner of England, the ancestral seat of the 11th Earl of St Germans and home of the Eliot family.
This incredible Grade-I listed priory and house was remodelled by Sir John Soane in the 18th century, for renowned landscape gardener Humphrey Repton to then create the gardens and park.
The Gardens are open to visitors 10am – 5pm every day.
Tickets can be purchased on-site at The Stables Cafe or Estate Office
The House is open to visitors for tours 10am – 5pm every day.
Tickets can be purchased in advance online, by email or phone. Alternatively you can purchase onsite from the office.
Please always check our Events calendar for the day of your visit as we may close the House and Gardens during private or ticketed events.
